The scratch tickets were so easy to make. I made them in a table on Microsoft Word, printed them on colored paper and then laminated them. (You can use contact paper to put over them, but I found laminating easier). To make the scratch tickets just mix metallic paint and dish soap together and you're done! I found I had to put about 3 coats on each in order to cover them completely.
My scratch tickets range from piece of candy, no shoes for the day, write in marker all day, I-pad time, drawing time, first in line for the microwave, etc...The students are also having fun coming up with some that I didn't think of.
It was a project that took me several hours to complete, but if my students will work harder in school because of it, it's all worth it :)
